Nice vintage Fostoria Fairfax glass icer for juice. Missing the glass tumbler insert. Ice was placed in the this little bowl and kept your glass of orange or tomato juice chilled. I believe these were made between 1927 and 1944, no way to know as far as I know how old this particular one is. There’s a small chip on top bend of an inside “rib”, some tiny spots of roughness on the top rim, and a couple of light but visible scratches on the outer surface of the bowl.
